Conservation Evaluation and Monitoring Activity (CEMA)
What is CEMA?
The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is offering a new program that is set to "monitor and evaluate the selected area in order to determine the effects of prescribed grazing management on natural resource conditions and inform conservation planning decisions."
Who is doing the monitoring?
Qualified Individuals (QI's) will be the ones to complete CEMA. These QI's have to meet certain qualifications in order for them to carry out the program, all of which can be found here, under "Qualified Individual Requirements."
